Darren Guy is the Chief Operating Officer for AIG’s Office of the General Counsel, maintaining responsibility for all legal, regulatory, compliance, government affairs and communications department operations, including budgeting/finance, technology applications and operations, outside counsel and litigation support management, data analytics, project management and organizational strategy.

Over his 30 year career in financial services, Darren has achieved increasing levels of responsibility in both legal finance corporate department senior management, helping companies such as Bear Stearns, Prudential Financial, Voya Financial, S&P Global and AIG improve their organizational design and management information transparency, leading to enhanced efficiency and productivity gains.

Over the past 15 years, Darren has worked exclusively with corporate legal departments, providing senior management with the business, technology and operations (i.e., business of law) advice required to support the highest performing corporate legal teams.
